Teaching Philosophy & Vision

I am Chandan Karna, a Senior Mathematics Educator and Full-Stack Tech Developer currently residing in Dhanushadham 02, Govindpur (Mangalpur), Dhanusha, Nepal. My career in education began as a Mathematics Teacher at Saint Peter's Academy in Simara, Bara, Nepal (2009 – 2011). Moving to New Delhi, India in 2011, I spent over 6 years working at Sasta Bazaar Company (moving from Sales Executive to Senior Assistant to IT Head) where I mastered web engineering, becoming a Full-Stack Developer in 2017, and later worked as Senior Developer at RV Sales Corporation in Karala. Since returning to Nepal, I have taught Mathematics & Optional Mathematics at Akshara Pathshala (Simara) and Advance Academy, and currently serve as Senior Mathematics Educator & Systems Architect at Creative City Montessori School in Janakpur while developing and commercializing enterprise software systems.

My pedagogical philosophy revolves around demystifying complex mathematical structures through practical visualization and algorithmic logic. By integrating Python data plotting and web tools into Optional Mathematics lessons, I help students develop structured problem-solving mindsets applicable to modern engineering and technology careers.
